Heute spielt Herr Birthe interkontinentaler Vermittler und veröffentlicht, was eine gewisse Neuverpflichtung uns hat zukommen lassen:
´I´m am really excited to return to Bamberg and to once again wear a Brose Baskets uniform! I have received many messages from Freak City the past week supporting my decision to return. I want all the fans to know that I will do my best this next season to help bring back the championship to Bamberg. I know that it will not be the exact same situation as before because of new players and a new coach, but my goal for the new season will still be the same: a championship. I want to thank Michael Stoschek, Wolfgang Heyder, and Coach Fleming for all their work helping with the new contract. I look forward to playing with one of the most talented players in the BBL, Predrag Suput, and reuniting with my former teammate Robert Garrett. Thank you, Bamberg, for all of your support.
